RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICY

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the room than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made 7 days before arrival.

3.) For free, you can cancel the reservation 7 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation 6 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund.

HOUSE RULES

1.) Check-in: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. (15.00 – 23.00)
Check-out: till 10 a.m. (till 10.00)

2.) Pets ARE NOT allowed.

3.) Parties ARE NOT allowed.

4.) Smoking is prohibited in the hotel.

5.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (22.00 – 7.00).

6.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.
